Isla de Vista is located on the 2nd level and has a private 3rd floor terrace guaranteeing 360 degree views of the pool, palapa area with hammocks, the lovely landscaping, the jungle and of course, the Caribbean ocean.
Imagine enjoying a early morning cup of coffee on the balcony as tropical birds flit by at eye level. The balcony is also a great place to dine 'al fresco' and enjoy the scenery and the sounds of the ocean.

Our cozy liviing room is furnished with
two leather club chairs, a comfortable futon that can sleep two additional people, and a cd/tape/radio system as well as Satellite TV and a DVD player.
The bedroom has a king size bed and looks out to the balcony so you can wake to a Mayan Riviera sunrise.
A small table is perfect for casual dining with the two additional chairs it can seat four. There is also a table and chairs on the balcony for dining 'al fresco'.
The roof-top terrace has lounge chairs for sunworshippers.
The kitchen is fully equipped with purified water, all dishes, pots, pans and utensils. There is also a coffee maker, microwave and blender for those pina coladas.
The condo is well maintained and all appliances including the air-conditioning are state of the art. Cell phone rental is available through the condo manager with competitive long distance rates.
