Isla de Vista, 3A is located in Sandy's Condos and Villas in Playa del Secreto. This small complex contains 14 units. Isla de Vista is located on the 2nd level and has a private 3rd floor terrace guaranteeing 360 degree views of the pool, palapa area with hammocks, the lovely landscaping, the jungle and of course, the Caribbean ocean.
Imagine enjoying a early morning cup of coffee on the balcony as tropical birds flit by at eye level. The balcony is also a great place to dine 'al fresco' and enjoy the scenery and the sounds of the ocean.
Sliding glass doors from both the living room and bedroom provide access to this wonderful space.
Our cozy liviing room is furnished with
two leather club chairs, a comfortable futon that can sleep two additional people, and a cd/tape/radio system as well as Satellite TV and a DVD player.
The bedroom has a king size bed and looks out to the balcony so you can wake to a Mayan Riviera sunrise.
A small table is perfect for casual dining with the two additional chairs it can seat four. There is also a table and chairs on the balcony for dining 'al fresco'.
The roof-top terrace has lounge chairs for sunworshippers.
The kitchen is fully equipped with purified water, all dishes, pots, pans and utensils. There is also a coffee maker, microwave, toaster and blender for those pina coladas.
The condo is well maintained and all appliances including the air-conditioning are state of the art.
